Despite its desirable location close to the bustling heart of the Hollywood Hills, it's a secluded spot where up to eight guests can unwind in peace. Surrounded by high hedges that guarantee privacy, it's a little slice of LA magic in one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in the county.

The famous Sunset Strip is lined with high-end restaurants serving the best fusion food, exclusive boutiques and stores, and galleries where up-and-coming artists get their big Hollywood break. Sunset Strip is iconic, but there's much more to the Hollywood Hills than just shopping and fine dining. The canyons and hills surrounding this busy part of LA county are filled with hiking trails where you can return to nature and discover the organic beauty of this part of southern California.

Sunset Heights captures that spirit of Hollywood with its glamorous interiors and refined exteriors, the bespoke touches and the flawless attention to detail. A large living room, dining area and gourmet standard kitchen are all open-plan so that the conversation can flow when you're entertaining. Custom cabinet work adorns the kitchen as well as the four attractive bedrooms, where you'll also be able to snuggle up in spacious king-size beds or relax in a soak tub in your ensuite bathroom. The use of sliding glass doors throughout the villa gives it a transitional, fluid feeling that enables you to flood the interior with natural light.

Outside, the garden is a haven of tranquillity and peace, with a lawn and a large sun deck next to the pool and hot tub. With spectacular views across the valley and surrounded by lush gardens, Sunset Heights is a delightful retreat where you can escape the everyday and live a much more glamorous lifestyle in glorious serenity.

    Home Truths

    • -Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $300 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
    • -For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
    • -For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.
