Located in the exclusive Reserve and just a few steps from Grace Bay Beach, Villa One is a coveted Caribbean retreat, featuring seven bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. This superlative villa with an elegant, minimalist interior is ideal for a special family anniversary or a holiday of a lifetime.
The Reserve captures the wonderfully relaxed island ambience of Turk & Caicos and adds just the right amount of opulence. Privacy is guaranteed in this gated community, but a ten-minute drive will take you to the gourmet restaurants of Grace Bay, where you can savour delicious seasonal dishes such as freshly-caught lobster and red snapper.
The Reserve is the dream base for active guests, as it features more sporting amenities than any other villa on the island, including pickleball, tennis, padel, beach volleyball, putting greens, driving ranges, bicycles, boxing pole, bocce ball, bean-bag toss, kayaks, paddle-boards and snorkeling equipment and fully equipped fitness centre.
Villa One is part of a larger estate, yet feels delightfully secluded. Spread across three levels and with an additional private guest house, there are plenty of spaces for everyone to find their own corner of serenity. The white interiors capture a light, airy ambience with expanses of glass that allow sunlight to flood in, while wraparound glass balconies remove any barriers between the cool interior and the sun-kissed terraces.
The primary bedroom boasts an enviable location on the rooftop level, offering panoramic views, an outdoor terrace, and access to a rooftop lounge - ideal for stargazing. The room has an indulgent king-size bed and an ensuite with an extra-large soak tub. A floor below are four superb guest rooms, all with king-size beds and ensuites with separate soak tubs and walk-in showers. Two of the ensuites also include refreshing outdoor showers, ideal after a dip in the ocean. The guest cottage is adjacent to the main villa and has two bedrooms with king-size beds, and individual ensuites.
Outside, a shimmering pool dominates the sun terrace, while just a few steps away, warm, powder-soft sand awaits, leading to the ocean where guests can swim in the crystal clear water. With an outdoor kitchen, sunken pool lounge and a jacuzzi, the temptation to spend much of your time outside is irresistible - especially with that glorious Caribbean Sea backdrop.
