Understated refinement is the overriding theme throughout this desirable villa, capturing the laid-back island ambience set against an azure ocean and lush green gardens.

Grace Bay is the defining image of the Caribbean – a sweep of white sand gently caressed by crystal-clear waters. Exclusive restaurants and beach clubs line the shores, serving delicious dishes such as conch fritters and lionfish, which appear on menus across the island. As the sun sinks below the horizon, you can amble back along the shoreline to the comfort of your secluded villa.

A fresh, white interior is brought to life by tasteful local artworks, bringing a personalised touch to Villa II's interiors. The open-plan design makes it ideal for socialising, and the transition from indoor to outdoor living areas feels natural and embracing. Keen cooks will appreciate the professional-standard kitchen, and meals can be either al fresco on the sun terrace or in the sophisticated surroundings of the dining room. The villa also boasts a quiet office as well as a games room and a laundry room on the ground floor.

Seven well-appointed bedrooms offer spacious, thoughtfully decorated spaces where you can unwind in total comfort. A large bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite with views of the garden is located on the ground floor, suitable for guests with mobility issues. On the upper floor are the remaining six bedrooms, the largest of which features a sumptuous king-size bed and enticing ensuite with a soak tub and shower. Three further bedrooms with king-size beds and ocean views all occupy the upper floor, along with two large garden-view bunk rooms, each with a queen-size bed and lower bunk - just right for teens and younger guests.

Outside, the impressive infinity pool sparkles in the sunshine, and the ocean is just a few steps away across the sand. A host of other outdoor living areas, including al fresco dining, lounges and a jacuzzi, means you will probably spend more time outdoors than inside. For those star-studded nights, make your way up to the roof terrace with a wet bar and lounge area for the perfect end to another day in paradise.

    Home Truths

    • A security deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required upon arrival to cover any potential damages to the villa. This deposit will be fully refunded after departure, pending a thorough inspection of the property.
    • Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.
    • For all stays during the festive period (December 20th - January 5th), full payment is required by September 1st. Bookings not fully paid by this date are subject to cancellation. Please inquire for more information.
