Comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests, The Reserve Villa III is part of the exclusive Reserve Estate, guaranteeing guests complete privacy and every possible refinement, as well as a captivating blend of authentic island character and contemporary living.

Imagine the perfect Caribbean beach and you’re picturing the stunning Grace Bay. Regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, this gorgeous stretch of powder-soft, white sand leads down to the warm water of the ocean, where colourful fish dart in and out of coral reefs. Explore by kayak or paddleboard, or savour the bounty of the sea at local restaurants serving sweet conch fritters and red snapper cooked with the distinctive blend of citrus and spices typical of the region.

If you prefer eating at your villa, your chef is on hand to work their magic in the professional-standard kitchen and serve the results either in the formal dining area or al fresco on the terrace. With a wonderfully open layout, the villa is built for socialising. Every element of the interior has been carefully thought out, ensuring that the transition from indoors to outdoors is uninterrupted, and little pops of unique artwork enhance the modernist clarity of the décor.

The bedrooms continue the theme, with simple yet sublime decorative motifs in soothing colours. On the ground floor of the main villa are two delightful bedrooms, both offering generous king-size beds and with a choice of ocean or garden views, as well as attractive ensuites and access to the sun terraces and pool. The upper level provides an expansive primary bedroom with a king-size bed and panoramic ocean views, and two further guest rooms with king-size beds. An adjacent cottage is ideal for a family group, with two bedrooms furnished with cosy king-size beds (one of the beds can be converted into two singles) and garden views.

Outside, the beach beckons just a few steps from the infinity pool. Or soak in the jacuzzi with a cool drink and let your cares float away. Find a shady spot to snuggle up with a good book, or as the sun sets, head up to the roof terrace and watch the majesty of the Milky Way arch across the night sky, giving you yet another precious memory of your time at Villa Three.
