A fabulous two-bedroom hideaway amid Rome’s bustling city streets, The Spanish Steps Penthouse is perfect for romantic breaks or getaways with your family. Perched atop the fourth floor of an 18th-century palazzo, this elegant retreat boasts a private terrace with sweeping views across the iconic city skyline.

A blend of classic opulence and modern comfort, the generously sized living space invites you to sink into its plush burgundy velvet sofas and unwind after exploring the galleries, cafes, and boutiques on the streets below. Illuminated by a glowing chandelier and with a traditional marble hearth, this room feels classic yet still with many contemporary touches. Just behind the living room, a well-equipped kitchen and formal dining area can be found. Velvet dining chairs are set around a ten-person table, offering more than enough room to enjoy mouthwatering Italian dishes together.

From here, you can step out onto the sunny terrace - a place to enjoy a quiet coffee or even enjoy an al fresco lunch with the backdrop of Piazza di Spagna and Trinità dei Monti. Both bedrooms offer super king-sized beds and gorgeous Italian marble bathrooms, with sumptuous free-standing baths.

Step outside the front door and you will find an abundance of attractions and landmarks within easy reach.
