Nestling in the glorious Tuscan countryside and close to the city of Lucca, Villa Flamberga is an utterly charming 16th-century villa that creates a wonderful retreat for up to 20 guests. The sheer size and scale of this magnificent escape makes it ideal for family celebrations or events, and with ten bedrooms, tranquil gardens and beguiling interiors, there's plenty of space for everyone to make the most of this magical location.

Lucca and Florence are a short drive away, giving you access to some of the finest cultural locations in Europe. Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance, is filled with exquisite architecture and delightful dining. Lucca is a real gem, with its impressive, intact walls, bastions, and quaint cobbled streets. Abundant with some of the best vineyards in Italy, your dedicated concierge can book you and your guests onto a wine-tasting tour and explore the beauty of the Tuscan countryside at the same time.

Villa Flamberga embraces its past by incorporating many original features into both the exterior and interior of the main building. Ancient and massive wooden beams are a feature in the sitting area, a bright and airy space furnished in a neo-classical design that suits the ambience of the villa. The formal dining room is sophisticated and made for those special dinner parties. A second and more laid-back dining space is on a covered porch attached to the main villa, giving it a real al fresco feeling and a rural setting. The kitchen is sleek and modern, utilising a soft peach colourway that echoes the warmth of the exterior décor.

The majority of the bedrooms are located in the main villa, with some also included in the guest house known as the Hayloft. Eight of the guest rooms have cosy double beds, while an additional bedroom has two single beds. The primary suite has a sumptuous king-size bed, and attractive ensuites accompany all of the rooms so nobody has to wait for their morning shower. The main suite also has a self-contained spa with a jacuzzi and sauna for total relaxation.

The exterior of Villa Flamberga captures that laid-back atmosphere, with a sparkling heated pool surrounded by formal Italian gardens. A crackling fire pit is just the place for an evening soiree underneath the stars, or take a stroll around the walled garden and breathe in the scent of thyme and lavender. This inspirational Tuscan villa is a masterpiece of synergistic architecture, creating a showstopping escape for guests of all ages.
