Spanning three levels, Venezia Avenue is a wonderfully modern oasis to return to after busy days in the city. On the entrance level, the minimalist sunken living room makes a stylish spot to unwind with its elegant white seating, bold statement art, and working fireplace. An immaculate white kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, is also found on this level, opening onto an airy dining space. After supper, head to the cosy second living room on the first level down, where you can enjoy a movie night together.
The three bedrooms can be found on the second level. The primary bedroom, which houses a king-size bed, is bathed in natural light and benefits from an impressive ensuite with a roll-top bath, spacious walk-in shower, and marble accents. The second and third bedrooms are serene spaces, each with an inviting queen-size bed. They have access to a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two further guests can be accommodated on a comfortable sofa bed in the basement-level living room.

- There are external security cameras at the home, which look out onto the front door and garage areas.
