    • The bed upstairs in the mezzanine in the master bedroom can be prepared as single or double (suitable for children)
    • The home has a few steps inside to reach the second sitting room
    • The height in the mezzanine in the master bedroom is 185 cm at its highest point and around 150cm in its lowest
    • The building does not have an elevator
    • The height of the second sitting room in the kitchen upstairs is 185 cm at its highest point and around 150cm in its lowest
    • The utility room is located outside the apartment before the last staircase
    • The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
