Villa Alma enjoys a prime location on Beacon Hill, near Maho Beach on the tropical island of St Martin. This contemporary four-bedroom villa is not overlooked – a rarity in this corner of the island - and spans an impressive 4,500 square metres. Nestled between Burgeaux Bay and Simpson Bay, Villa Alma is an ideal accommodation choice for groups of friends and families alike.

Widely considered to be the liveliest and most multicultural of the Caribbean islands, cosmopolitan St Martin welcomes nationalities from across the globe. It’s famous for its world-class dining and vibrant nightlife, and the annual carnival kicks the celebrations up a gear.

Villa Alma lies within easy reach of all this and more. The nearest town centre, with its grocery stores and handy amenities, is just a five-minute drive away. The beach, airport and a wide range of bars and restaurants are all also just five minutes drive from the villa.

Inside, guests enjoy the large, open-plan living and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the Villa Alma with plenty of natural light, augmenting the wonderful feeling of spaciousness. There’s also a well-equipped open kitchen, with all the useful facilities you’d imagine in a villa of this calibre. The wrap-around terrace fits six sun loungers – the ideal spot to relax with a delicious rum cocktail.

There are four bedrooms in the Villa Alma, each with its own ensuite facilities, and all four bedrooms offer king-size beds. Bedroom one offers fine views over the ocean, while bedrooms two, three and four look out onto the pretty private gardens. The swimming pool is a real highlight of the Villa Alma, and sits just off the living and dining area. The biggest draw to this beautiful villa, however, is the location. Villa Alma sits right by the water’s edge, where guests can soak up uninterrupted views over the gently rolling Caribbean Sea.
