Set upon the hillside overlooking fashionable Anse De Cayes and boasting breathtaking ocean views, Villa Coeur de Pirate is the ideal holiday hideaway for families and larger groups. The villa is a nature lover’s dream, just a two-minute walk along a private stairway cloaked in verdant greenery brings guests to white-sand beaches and crystalline waters teeming with marine life.

Villa Coeur de Pirate is situated in the northwestern part of the island, not far from the airport and close to the capital of Gustavia with its fine-dining restaurants and lively harbour-side bar scene. A defining characteristic of this villa is the private decking space with built-in seating that is situated at the edge of the hillside for unparalleled seascapes. The villa also features a wrap-around terrace, a sun-soaked pool and an elegant gazebo.

The open plan gourmet kitchen, dining and living space includes magnificent high beamed ceilings which allow ocean breezes to circulate the villa. The soaring ceilings are exquisitely balanced by the gleaming dark wood furnishings - a typical design feature of the island. In addition to the exquisite formal seating area, there is a well-appointed media room on an upper level which provides more space for guests and is ideal for an extended family during the stay. Younger children can hunker down with a movie whilst other members of the family can play games in the comfortable lounge or stay up into the night and enjoy cocktails on the terrace, backed by gleaming stars.

All six bedrooms offer king-sized beds and each comes complete with a decadent ensuite. The first bedroom is located in the main area of the villa, while a further three bedrooms are situated in separate bungalows, each with stunning ocean views. The fifth bedroom is located at pool level, near the spa room and gym. Last but not least, the sixth bedroom is a mini villa in itself, benefiting from its own private entrance, a sun-kissed terrace with deckchairs and a jacuzzi, an office area, a mini-bar and, of course, Villa Coeur de Pirate’s signature breathtaking views.
