The stately Villa Marie Vorno makes a grand and beautiful Tuscan retreat for up to 12 guests. The height of elegance, the towering villa sits in a beautifully landscaped park designed and created by Marleen Van Marcke. The villa is part of an enchanting 18th-century estate and invites you to forget about the world in the most sumptuous settings. Blissful relaxation awaits, with world-class amenities, including a helipad, an indoor spa, an outdoor pool, lake and tennis court.

Food has to be a central feature of an Italian holiday, and you're spoilt for choice with authentic Italian eateries in your local villages and renowned restaurants in the nearby city. Nestled in the rolling hills, the sleepy village of Vorno is just a ten-minute drive from the bustling city of Lucca. A town steeped in history, Lucca has plenty of cultural attractions for you to visit, including the remains of a Roman amphitheatre. Wander the Piazza of San Michele and take photos of the beautiful church and clock tower. If your group is keen to hike, the Apuan Alps lies just under a two-hour drive away with plenty of trails and stunning views. For a more relaxed excursion, head to the coast and discover the golden sands of Versilia – just over 30 minutes away by car.

The villa exudes elegance and grandeur with a traditional Tuscan interior accented by antique furniture and artwork. Step into the basement to discover a spa with a sauna and a heated pool with hydro jets for pure relaxation during your stay. Decadent and spacious dining and lounging areas invite guests to come together in the splendour of their surroundings, while the traditional kitchen and state-of-the-art wine cellar ensure feasts and wine are always flowing.

The villa's six charming ensuite bedrooms are tranquil havens of soft furnishings and warm colour palettes. Four come with king-size beds, which can be converted into twins upon request, and the remaining two have queen-size beds, which can also be converted to twins.
