Located on the paradisiacal, postcard-perfect island of St Martin, Villa Ocean's One is a magnificent four-bedroom contemporary villa that can sleep up to eight guests and boasts breathtaking coastal views. Overlooking Orient Bay, on the island's northeastern coastline, Villa Ocean's One is a three-minute drive to the waterfront and its pristine white sand, turquoise waters and laidback restaurants. Watersports fans will be delighted by the range of activities available at Orient Bay, too. The iconic Grand Case area, with its Parisian-style eateries and popular beaches, is also within easy reach. Hop on a ferry or a private charter boat to discover the calm waters of picturesque Pinel Island, or there are many day cruises to Tintamarre Island to experience nearly 250 acres of magnificent natural beauty.

The villa features a contemporary kitchen with a complete range of modern appliances, ensuring you can prepare lunchtime feasts and evening meals with the utmost ease. The open-plan lounge centres on a sofa seating area and widescreen TV but also opens onto the outdoor area. The wooden decking has outdoor seating and leads to the infinity pool, with reclining sun loungers to relax on and soak up the sun. A shaded al fresco dining area welcomes outdoor feasts of freshly caught fish and local dishes.

The villa's four bedrooms are all equipped with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Three overlook the pool and benefit from ocean views, while the fourth opens onto a private terrace. All the ensuites are finished to the highest standards and feature walk-in showers and modern furnishings.
