Situated at the heart of Italy’s most iconic region, Tuscany, Villa Rosenzia is a gorgeous, ten-bedroom villa that effortlessly blends the old and the new. A traditional Tuscan farmhouse, it makes heavy use of natural materials, predominantly exposed stone and wooden beams, while also incorporating contemporary decor and modern furnishings. Ideally suited to large groups of friends or a multi-generational family holiday, it offers unparalleled access to some of Tuscany’s most idyllic countryside.

Surrounded by the rolling hills, golden wheat and sunflower fields that define the Val d’Orcia, Villa Rosenzia is an excellent choice for guests who want to experience rural Tuscan living at its finest. Just 30 minutes from the famous vineyards of Montalcino and an hour from the historic hilltop settlement of Montepulciano, the villa is the perfect base from which to explore many of the area’s charming villages and towns. Further afield, the Renaissance powerhouse of Florence can be reached within two hours by taking the train from Chiusi-Chianciano station.

Featuring ten bedrooms, all but two of which are equipped with an ensuite bathroom, Villa Rosenzia is split across a main building and annexe. Each of the suites benefits from lounge space, so you're always able to escape for a bit of privacy, should you require it. The large living room boasts a fireplace and an array of modern furniture, while the dining room includes a spacious dining table that ensures all guests can enjoy extended Tuscan meal times together. A fully renovated, professional chef's kitchen caters to all your culinary needs.

Outside, the expansive grounds encompass vineyards, olive groves and orchards, encouraging long, languid post-lunch strolls. For those who want to work up a sweat, a private grass tennis court, bocce court and fitness room are all available for use. The eye-catching infinity pool helps you cool off beneath the Tuscan sun, and loungers allow you to lay back and take advantage of the fine weather.     • Mandatory Electricity, heating and A/C cost is due with balance payment:
    • Damage Liability: €4,000
    • Visitor’s tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 - €5.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
    • Non-smoking villa
    • Pet allowed at owner’s discretion with extra house cleaning
    • All extras must be paid in cash locally, prior to departure
    • No parties, weddings or large gatherings are allowed at the property without previous written permission. The property may not, at any time, be occupied by more guests than contracted. Rates are based on occupancy, and additional fees may apply.
    • Incidental charges such as gratuities, cribs, extra beds, grocery pre-stocking, etc., must be paid before leaving the property. Unpaid charges and/or unpaid utilities (where applicable) cannot be deducted from the security deposit.
