Impressive exterior architecture includes stone columns at the front of the villa, offering a shady covered terrace with chic al fresco seating. Walk through glass reclining doors into an open plan sitting room with cream sofas and plush cushions. A modern fully equipped kitchen has elegant marble surfaces with a breakfast bar, leading to a sophisticated dining table with rustic furnishings. A second sitting room on the first floor overlooks the sparkling sea, with a tranquil terrace perfect for unwinding upon in the heart of this peaceful paradise.

The five bedrooms are light and airy, embellished with neutral tones and soft fabrics. The ensuite contemporary bathrooms have been elegantly designed with minimalist opulent furnishings. There are four king bedrooms with two single beds in the fifth bedroom. A secluded casita can be added as an additional sixth bedroom - ideal for families with children or a larger group of friends.

Explore the luscious surroundings in Tulum from the famous Mayan Ruins to the exotic coral reef. Visit the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve, the largest protected area in the Mexican-Caribbean, or simply rejuvenate at the villa as you sip on cocktails and taste authentic local delicacies.
