Villa Ziva
Situated in the exclusive Samujana Estate - which comes with 24-hour security and a floodlit tennis court - Ziva rests on a verdant hillside, facing the dazzling azure of the ocean. A sense of peaceful seclusion abounds and yet you are just ten minutes from vibrant Chaweng and only eight minutes from the airport, with the beach a short stroll away. A superb team of staff, including a villa manager and gardener, will look after your every need.
Huge sweeping floors of cool stone sit beneath beautiful walls of sand-hued rocks with sleek walls constantly giving way to open sky and water. A fabulous entrance hall sets the tone of elegance with its graceful water feature leading into the magnificent main living area. Open to the elements, and with acres of space to stretch out in, there's a massive sofa area, a grand dining table and a chic bar area simply perfect for cocktails. Meanwhile, kids and adults alike will delight in the fantastic games room with table tennis, pool table, table football, bar, retro arcade games, Playstation and Xbox, not to mention the glamorous private cinema which easily seats 20 people.
The real marvel of Ziva, however, is the incredible commercial-grade gym. Here you will find an amazing range of Life Fitness, TRX and Hammer Strength equipment, free weights, CV machines and a matted area - with all the accessories - for MMA training. Outside there's also a full-size boxing ring, a basketball court and a trampoline (with a safety net for kids). Once your workout is done you can make use of the yoga pavilion, massage sala, meditation nests or the spa room and various therapists and instructors can be hired from the estate. You really do have everything you need at your fingertips.
After all this activity, the sumptuous bedrooms are the perfect places to retire to, with cool stone floors, walls of windows framing the views and a king bed and TV in each. Each one has a lavishly appointed bathroom featuring rain showers or deep soaking tubs, with five of the seven suites offering a private jacuzzi.
Outside, that sublime mix of recreation and relaxation continues through the network of decks, lawns and sunny nooks all encased in lush greenery and looking out across the dazzling bay. A children's pool provides a lovely safe space for play whilst the spectacular infinity pool is decked out for a party with an underwater sound system and LED lighting as well as a poolside BBQ. Landscaped gardens offer a tropical paradise to stroll through and the rooftop sunset deck makes an ideal setting for cocktails as the sky performs its magic and the stars begin their nightly sparkle.
