- This home accepts babies, toddlers, children and pets. For pets, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisors for information.
- The master and second bedroom are located on the lower-ground floor.
- The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
- Two loveable cats live in this home. They won't be around during your stay however this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.
- There are cameras inside this home however they are not live.

- There are internal renovations taking place in the property next door to this home and noise can be heard inside the home. Works are expected to finish by the end of August 2025.
- The homeowner's gardener may visit during your stay, however they will not need to come into the home.
