In a sublime location on Grand Cayman’s northern peninsula, Wight Away encourages guests to adopt a blissfully slow pace of life. This peaceful waterfront villa boasts a private dock for launching kayaks and paddleboards into the canal, and picturesque white sandy beaches are just a 15-minute stroll away. Wight Away is a magical Caribbean retreat for large family and friend groups, comfortably sleeping up to eight adults, with further accommodation for two children.

The waters around Rum Point are clear, warm, and calm – ideal for swimming and snorkelling. This island enclave offers a tantalising selection of superb open-air beach bars where you can sample the area's famous Mudslide cocktail before enjoying a delicious seafood rice bowl or sharing platter of jerk-infused surf n’ turf. The wider island is a joy to explore, with natural delights like the sparkling Cayman Crystal Caves a few minutes east and the dramatic Blowholes, 20 minutes south.

Wight Away offers bright, fresh, open-plan living spaces with whitewashed floorboards and trendy blond wood and rattan accents. As guests relax on the sumptuous sofas, you can unleash your culinary creativity in the spacious marble kitchen. Play with the local flavours of aromatic jerk and sweet coconut, then enjoy a magical sunset supper out on the delightful dining deck.

Restorative sleep awaits in the villa’s four generous bedrooms. Each room is styled with a lightness of touch and offers a serene waterfront or island vista. There are two suites, one on the lower level and one on the upper. Each suite houses a plush king-size bed and benefits from a spa-style ensuite. The final two bedrooms are on the upper floor – one has a king-size bed and the other a queen-size bed. These bedrooms share a beautifully presented, modern bathroom. Two little ones can enjoy a cosy night on a queen-size sleeper bed on the upper level.
