Winding Way is a truly exemplary Malibu villa that welcomes up to 12 guests. The villa makes the most of outdoor living complemented with stylish interiors and invites your cares to drift away on the ocean breeze.

Malibu's laid-back, bohemian lifestyle has been endlessly attractive for decades. This highly aspirational neighbourhood is now home to a galaxy of movie stars yet still manages to keep that wonderfully welcoming small-town feel. Fine dining establishments make the most of the fresh fish and seafood available locally, while boutique shops offer a refined shopping experience that's a little more relaxed. The welcome is as warm as the Californian sunshine, with the bright lights of LA within easy driving distance.

Your first impression of Winding Way will be one of incredible space and light, combined with those breathtaking views. The main living and dining area is flooded with sunshine thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, including four ovens, and has direct access to the al fresco dining area and outdoor living space. A private gym helps you keep on track with your workouts and opens onto a terrace and lawn for an early-morning yoga session. In the evenings, catch up with the latest blockbuster in the home theatre with sumptuous leather seats.

The six bedrooms are oases of tranquillity, immaculately decorated in soothing colours to encourage a restful night's sleep. The main suite is tucked away in a private wing and features a king-size bed, a large office, an exclusive balcony and a divine ensuite bathroom. The remaining five guest bedrooms all have cosy king-size beds and spectacular ocean views.

Winding Way is also an eco-friendly villa, with solar panels supplying much of the estate's electricity. The heated infinity pool is a sweeping arch that merges with the blue ocean, while the outdoor tennis court offers a game with an equally stunning view. Just a short distance from Malibu's best beaches, Winding Way is where memories are created underneath the flawless blue SoCal sky.

    Home Truths

    • -Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $500 to start and $200 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
    • -For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
    • -For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.
