Zadun 26 is a smart, ocean-view retreat for up to ten guests, tucked away in the exclusive West Enclave gated community. Guests are treated to two miles of secluded beach, perfect for basking in the warm Baja sun and catching waves on surf and body boards. Stroll through the soft sand and you'll reach West Enclave’s lavish hotel restaurant where you can savour an appetising seafood lunch. Calmer waters can be found down toward San José del Cabo, an excellent choice for families seeking safe swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Be sure to spend time in this charming beach town, browsing its colourful markets and art galleries, lively squares, and dynamic dining scene.

Zadun 26 blends indoor and outdoor living, encouraging guests to soak up the wild splendour of the villa’s desert and coastal surroundings. The exceptionally modern living and dining area feels wonderfully serene, thanks to its stone and wooden accents. It opens onto a delightful, open-air lounge, BBQ, bar, and dining area where guests can spend blissful evenings grilling and feasting by the pool. Within the villa, there is also a gourmet kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances for preparing meals for your large group. After supper, curl up in the media room and unwind with a movie before bedtime.

The villa’s five bedrooms are sanctuaries of repose, enhanced by oak and marble ensuites and restful outdoor spaces with comfortable seating and hammocks. A number of the rooms also boast a handy outdoor shower – just right for refreshing after a day at the beach. Two of the elegantly styled bedrooms feature a king-size bed, while three bedrooms each have two double beds.
