“ Our family of eight had a wonderful experience staying at Albert Terrace! While the home had somewhat quirky decorations, it was beautiful, clean and comfortable. “ Mom, Grandma, and two children ages 10 and 12 found Courtfield Road the perfect home for our spring break week in London. The location was ideal for taking the tube to all of our adventures, the proximity of the grocery and drug stores was great, as were all of the restaurant choices on and around Gloucester Road. What a beautiful flat, combining the charm of an older building with completely up to date bathrooms and kitchen. onefinestay's staff was always available for any issues; all were small and resolved quickly.

“ We've done loads of short term rentals but this was a cut above in the quality of the apartment, and the service. The apartment was fundamentally built to very high standards and beautifully decorated and furnished. You were able to accommodate all our needs for early checkin and late checkout, as well as making all the usual admin stuff like clockwork. The bedding and towels were luxurious, and the arrival gift package was very thoughtful. Very impressed!

“ Our Concierge Executive, Nicole, was extremely helpful, professional, warm and took care of everything we needed - before, during and after. The staff on the ground, concierge, housekeeper and chef, were amazing. They all worked together to make our vacation as easy and pleasant as possible. They took care of our family, six adults, 2 children and a 9-month old, as if we were part of their family (probably even better!). This is our second year at the same house.
