“ The property we stayed in was really nice, and it was almost exactly as portrayed in the website photos. We've found this to be a problem with other competitors of onefinestay. The support from onefinestay was excellent. My only complaint was that the apartment seemed dusty, so the cleaning service wasn't doing their best job. “ Our apartment was wonderful and very much as described, well located and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely to have Ramona there to greet us and the complimentary snacks were very much appreciated. The flat was overall very clean, although some dusting was required in some places - my son and I are sensitive to dust and this was a bit of an issue during our stay. Needed more blankets during our stay as it was cold, but Hamish kindly arranged for these to be delivered. For the future, it would be good to have additional bedding at the property. Overall a fabulous stay and would recommend the onefinestay team.
