“ We were once again very pleased with onefinestay: we had a last-minute rescheduling as a result of the flat we had booked experiencing a gas leak, and the team very quickly provided a nice substitute in the same area of London. Excellent communication; great personal touch (met us on arrival quite early in the day after our overseas flight) and lots of helpful tips about events/attractions in London during our visit. We have used onefinestay several times now, and will continue to do so.

“ I've used onefinestay three times in last 6 months in London; and also in Rome, Paris, Los Angeles, New York over the years. The places are always great and the location prime. But my favorite part are the staff. So helpful, and available 24/7. I've had to call once or twice at odd hours and someone is always there to help. I've especially enjoyed the London-based staff. “ Our onefinestay experience was unforgettable. We came to Paris to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. To see her eyes light up when we entered the apartment and saw the Eiffel Tower peering at us through the main window was magical. We proceeded to have the best time abroad and our accomodation facilitated a calming and comfortable stay that felt like home. “ As we were arriving late onefinestay organised transport to collect us and for a greeter (Andrew) to meet us at 8.15pm. We were welcomed with some supplies, a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. During our 11 night stay we did not have to contact onefinestay but we did have housekeeping and fresh linens provided midway through. Sloane Avenue is so well located in a thriving part of Chelsea. The accommodation was excellent and made our stay so comfortable.
