We stayed in a fabulous home in London for 10 days on our most recent trip and the home was well cared for, we found the home truths on the listing to be useful and helpful. We had housekeeping come through once during our stay and needed a few random things (i.e. needed tickets printed out and the onefinestay team was quick with responding and helping us find a local stationery store to assist us).

“ The location is just perfect. So easy to get to all the main tourist areas but based mins from Hampstead Village and Hampstead Heath. With great facilities within 2-3 mins walk everything you need is at the doorstep. We were a family of 5 staying here and it was great. Stunning design, stunning architecture and plenty of space. The lack of a second bathroom/toilet was a bit of an issue for us but generally if you are a couple or smaller family it shouldn't be a problem. We had a couple of small issues when we arrived but onefinestay staff were super responsive and did all they could to address the issue promptly. If you want a taste of vibrant, eclectic, design-forward London this will be a great fit.
