“ We had a wonderful time in our place in London. The house was impeccable! So clean, perfect size, had everything we needed, really comfortable, great neighborhood and quiet cute street! Only complaint is that the towels would pill a lot so it was a bit annoying because after showers you would end up with all the little white towel bits all over. However, the cleaning services were great and the communication with onefinestay was wonderful! All in all a 10/10 experience!!! Thank you!

We were very anxious because we had been introduced to this place as an alternative after being disappointed with another company's service. But Jack was great and we trusted him completely :) When I arrived at the accommodation, the greeter was friendly and sincere, and the grocery delivery service was perfect. “ La Corvetta is an amazing place. We had an incredible week on Elba and returning to the villa every afternoon was such a pleasure. It is extremely well equipped and set up for in-house cooking and entertaining. It was a perfect setting for our extended family holiday week. “ The most important reason we have repeatedly booked with onefinestay is that the service is personal. We speak to the same people rather than a variety of customer service reps. We are well taken care of and the response to problems is personal and timely. We had one unfortunate issue with a window blind (simple entropy) that was fixed while we were out to dinner. The result was the sun did not wake us at 5:00 in the morning! Email, phone, text... all were monitored and response was plentiful. It made the whole experience gracious.

“ The property we stayed in was really nice, and it was almost exactly as portrayed in the website photos. We've found this to be a problem with other competitors of onefinestay. The support from onefinestay was excellent. My only complaint was that the apartment seemed dusty, so the cleaning service wasn't doing their best job. This was my second time using onefinestay and I would definitely use them again.

“ We loved our stay at Eardley Crescent. The apartment was very comfortable, with plenty of room for the three of us. The flat is so well designed with thoughtful touches and terrific lighting. Possibly our favorite feature was the location on a quiet street only a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and the Earls Court tube stop. It was easy to get to both central London and Wimbledon, perfect!
